British Showjumping’s Team NAF Announced for Hickstead CSIO5* Nations Cup

Following an invitation to compete in the CSIO5* FEI Nations Cup at Hickstead, Great Britain, the following squad has been selected to represent GB under the title sponsor banner of Team NAF. The competition takes place between the 27th – 30th July 2017 at The All England Jumping Course.

Joe Clayton from Nottinghamshire with Con Man JX, a 10 year-old British bred bay gelding owned by Sarah Billington

William Funnell from Dorking, Surrey with Billy Buckingham, a 9 year-old British bred chestnut gelding owned by Billy Stud

Michael Whitaker from Whatton, Nottinghamshire with Viking, a 15 year-old chestnut gelding owned by Melissa Whitaker

Robert Whitaker from Sidcup, Kent with the 14 year-old brown gelding Catwalk IV, owned by Clare Whitaker and Mandy Hall

William Whitaker from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire with Utamaro d’Ecaussines, a 13 year-old bay stallion owned by Ludwig Criel

The Nations Cup competition takes place on Friday 28th July at 14.15 hrs local time and the Longines King George V Gold Cup Grand Prix will be on Sunday 30th July at 14.15 hrs local time. The Chef d’Equipe accompanying the team will be World Class Performance Manager for Showjumping, Di Lampard.
