Addington Manor Professional/Amateur Championship Show

Addington Manor in Buckinghamshire hosted their Professional/Amateur Championships last week which saw hot competition for all competitors.
The professional classes where dominated by Essex based Laura Renwick who picked up eights wins with four horses over the four days of competition. To round off her week in style Laura topped the Professional Grand Prix riding the 10 year old chestnut gelding Oz de Breve jointly owned by Lady Kirkham and Lady Harris. Laura also picked up 4th place riding John and Mrs M Renwick’s 11 year old dark bay mare Roller Coaster III.
Following on from two wins earlier on in the week it was Norfolk based Caroline Fitzalan Howard who topped the leader board in the Amateur Grand Prix. Riding her own 10 year old chestnut mare Valleska Caroline brought home 1st place ahead of Berkshire based Tony Pearson riding the 7 year old bay gelding Gems Bond.
