Robert Whitaker - Stewards Hearing

As a result of an incident on 3 October 2012 at the Horse of the Year Show where Mr Robert Whitaker was found to have kicked a security guard contrary to Rules 82.1 and 82.11 the Stewards decided that Mr Whitaker should:

 

(1)    Be fined the sum of £2,500 payable within 28 days;

(2)   Be severely reprimanded and cautioned as to his future behaviour, and

(3)   Be suspended from all rights and privileges of membership of the Association with immediate effect for a period of 6 months.  The suspension is to be suspended for a period of 12 months on the proviso that if during this 12 month period from 14 December 2012 any contravention of Rule 82 would invoke the suspended suspension.”
