National Rulebook: 2010/2011 Rule amendment for Winter 128cms and Winter 138cms First Rounds

From the new qualifying period Sept 2010, shows will be permitted to run the Winter 128cms & 138cms First Rounds as a handicap.  However in the event of 20 or more starters the class will be split and two sets of Prize Money will be awarded.
