British Showjumping Easter Academy Team Show 2017 - THURSDAY 13th April

Easter Special Academy Team show with FREE entry*

Hereford and Worcester Academy Team Show will be held at Allens Hill Equestrian Centre with Team and Individual classes including a Mini Major competition as well as both pony and horse classes. Riders must be 21 years and under and it is open to British Showjumping members and non-members, NSEA and Pony Club riders.

Commencing at 8.30am PROMPT - 

PONIES ONLY CLASSES 1 - 2

Class 1 – Junior Academy Pony Team and Individual Competition  (75cm and 80cm)
Open to ponies ridden by Junior members or riders 16 years and under on ponies n/e 148cm.
Single Phase Rule 287 Speed 325mpm. 2 riders will jump 75cm and 2 will jump 80cm. Single fences only.
Teams of 3 or 4. The best 3 scores to count.
Rugs to winning team, Sashes to winning team. Team & Individual Rosettes to 5th place.

Class 2 – Junior Academy Pony Team and Individual Competition  (85cm and 95cm)
Open to ponies ridden by Junior members or riders 16 years and under on ponies n/e 148cm.
Single Phase Rule 287 Speed 325mpm. 2 riders will jump 85cm and 2 will jump 95cm. Single fences only.
Teams of 3 or 4. The best 3 scores to count.
Rugs to winning team, Sashes to winning team. Team & Individual Rosettes to 5th place.

Class 3 – Area Mini Major Competition.  One pony member jumping 80cm and one horse member jumping 1m.
Open to ponies ridden by Junior members or riders 16 years and under on ponies n/e 148cm.
Pony riders will jump first, horse riders will jump second. This class will be run as Table C. Fences down will add 4 seconds to the final combined time.
There will be a change over in a box, situated on the edge of the arena.
Teams of 2 riders, 1 pony and 1 horse. An Area may enter as many teams as they like.
Sashes to winning team.  Rosettes to 5th place.

HORSE ONLY CLASSES 4 - 5

Class 4 – Academy Young Rider Team and Individual Competition  (90cm and 1m)
Open to registered horses ridden by Full, Associate or Junior members. Restricted to horses not to have won more than 375 points.
Riders 21 years and under
Single Phase Rule 287 Speed 325mpm. 2 riders will jump 90cm and 2 will jump 1m.
Teams of 3 or 4. The best 3 scores to count.
Rugs to winning team, Sashes to winning team. Team & Individual Rosettes to 6th place.

Class 5 – Academy Young Rider Team and Individual Competition  (1.05m and 1.15m)
Open to registered horses ridden by Full, Associate or Junior members. All grades of horses eligible.
Riders 21 years and under
Single Phase Rule 287 Speed 325mpm. 2 riders will jump 1.05m and 2 will jump 1.15m.
Teams of 3 or 4. The best 3 scores to count.
Rugs to winning team, Sashes to winning team. Team & Individual Rosettes to 6th place
This is an affiliated show run under the rules of British Show jumping. ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED.

Pre-entries advised to avoid disappointment.

Entries in all classes confined to registered horses or ponies (see individual class rules) ridden by members in accordance with rule 79. NON REGISTERED RIDERS MAY ENTER THIS SHOW AS LONG AS THEY HAVE REGISTERED WITH THEIR LOCAL ACADEMY. FREE ENTRY CAN ONLY BE CLAIMED IF REGISTERED WITH AN ACADEMY OR AN ENTYRY FEE WILL BE CHARGED. Prizes subject to Rule 76.6. Stallions may compete in accordance with Rule 82.20. Medical cover in accordance with Rule 73.8e.

Team Managers – Please send your team entries together; please name each team according to their area/county/organisation if possible. Riders also maybe entered as individuals for each class except for class 3. Please pre enter by 7th April 2017 if possible; especially team classes, this will give secretary time to sort out times and running orders.
