Parents of the Performance Child Workshop

British Showjumping have arranged a Parents of the Performance Child Workshop at the next AASE camp on Monday 13th April at 12.30pm at Solihull.

This is a Youth Sports Trust workshop which BS delivered to the AASE parents last year and received some great feedback. It’s hosted by Miriam Luke (Olympic Silver Medallist), this workshop is designed to support parents of high performing young athletes, not only providing plenty of practical advice and useful tips but also allowing parents to explore common issues and compare solutions with other parents.

Delivered as an interactive workshop, the session lasts 2 – 2.5 hours focusses on parents of children competing within performance environments and covers:

•             What role do you play?
•             What roles are you expected to play?
•             Are you under of over involved?
•             Parent/Guardian scenarios
•             Your next step

This free of charge to AASE parents
