LOCATION
From North. Leave M25 at Junction 14 (Terminal 4 & Air Cargo). Turn left. At roundabout turn right towards Staines A3044. At major lights straight over onto A308. Straight over roundabout. Over 2 sets of lights, 3rd set turn right onto A244 towards Shepperton & Walton on Thames. First roundabout take first left into village of Upper Halliford, Halliford Road is on left with keep left bollard in it. Vicarage Farm is on left passed Squires Nursery.
 
From South   Leave M25 at Junction 11 (Chertsey). Turn right. At roundabout turn left. Continue to T Junction turn right onto B375. Over Chertsey Bridge then at roundabout bear right. At roundabout (Shepperton) straight over. At roundabout (Esso Garage) turn left onto A244. Mini roundabout, straight over, then almost immediately turn right to Upper Halliford. Halliford Road is on right with keep left bollard in it. Vicarage Farm is on left passed Squires Nursery.
 
From M3   Exit M3 at Junction 1. Turn left onto A308 towards Staines. 1st major lights turn left onto A244 towards Shepperton. Continue as from North.
 
All dogs must be kept on a lead
 
NB.   THERE WILL BE A ONE OFF CHARGE OF £6 PER RIDER PER DAY FOR FIRST AID & OFFICIALS EXPENSES

QUALIFYING COMPS
Qualification for Cushionbed/British Showjumping/Scope Festival, does not pass down the line, must jump clear in 1st Round, unless otherwise stated in the class wording.
Numbers to qualify is stated in each class. In the case where qualification is running within an Open, please make sure the judges know you are eligible. Once result is given, there can be no changes.
 
RULES & REGULATIONS
 
1. All classes listed in this schedule will be judged in accordance with the current BRITISH SHOWJUMPING rule book and the affiliated classes are confined to horses registered with the BRITISH SHOWJUMPING and must be owned and ridden by members in accordance with rule 79. Some prizes may be withheld under rule 76.6
 
2. If any person lodges an objection, such an objection should be made in writing, and a £100 deposit paid, to the Secretary with in half an hour of the event. The deposit will be refunded if the objection is sustained. 
 
3. No official on the day of the show will accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to property belonging to competitors, their servants and spectators.

4. Health & Safety - Reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the health and safety of persons present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the officials and stewards. First Aiders will be present at this event and the first aid post is the Secretary's Office unless otherwise shown.

5. Correct riding dress must be worn in the arena and correct standard safety hats must be worn, with chin straps securely fastened, whilst riding at the showground.
 
6. Don’t forget your membership cards etc. SPOT CHECKS ARE REGULARLY DONE. To gain the reduced fees as advertised, entries must be received by the secretary by post, fax or Email at least 24 hours before the start of the show. If you don’t turn up and do not cancel (before the show!), then you will have to pay 50% of the fee before competing at any of the other events in this schedule.
 
7. A charge of £6 per rider per day will be made to help with the First Aid and Officials expenses.
 
8. No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury
 
9. The 45-second countdown may be used by the judges.
 
10. AMATEUR CLASSES  Riders who have competed as a team member of an Senior International Team/ Nations Cup/World & Euro Champs/Olympic Games & Pony Riders, Children, Ponys & Yourng Riders who have ever competed in Nations Cup/International Team Events & European Champs in the last 5 years are not eligible to compete in 90cm 1m & 1.10m Amateur qualifiers (Ex Veterans)
 
11. This Regions League Tables are kindly sponsored by Localrider Southern & points will be awarded in Riders’ own regions in the classes as stated.
