Win a £50 gift voucher for Robinsons Equestrian
Monday 03 February 2014
British Showjumping Member Abby Mellors is currently studying for a degree in Equine Science, Management, Behaviour and Welfare. As part of her studies Abby is required to write a dissertation on whether there is a relationship between a rider’s personality and the discipline they perform in, the three main areas being Showjumping, Dressage and Endurance riding.
The research of rider personality, is of major interest to many and could lead to further studies using other disciplines within the equine industry on a wider scale. A review of current literature proves that this study has been completed on surfers, mountaineers, climbers and golfers, but has not yet been finalised based on horse riders.
In order to gather accurate data, please help Abby by completing the online questionnaire (link below). The questionnaire includes the Eysenck’s Personality Theory questionnaire.
The questionnaire is completely anonymous and no information will be passed onto any third parties or used in any way. As an incentive, each participant will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 gift voucher for Robinsons Equestrian. The online questionnaire can be found at http://similarminds.com/eysenck.html.
