POINTS DEADLINE EXTENDED - YOU CAN'T WIN IF YOU DONT PUT IN A CLAIM !!

We haven't received many points claims yet - particularly from Area 12 members (juniors and seniors) and remember there are 2 SETS OF TROPHIES - for EACH area !!! - Please post them as per instructions on the attached sheets - if you cant open the criteria - please ring the hotline or my mobile 07939671090.

Its really easy to put a claim in .....................

Go into BS main website and if you have a login already them just press print details when your horses or ponies names come up on the first screen.
If you DON'T have a login in then your printouts for your OWN horses or ponies are free - either download from "Horse search" on main BS website.
Count up your points from 1 OCT 2010 - 30 SEP 2011 - 5 for 1st, 4 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd, 2 for 4th or 1 for 5th - you don't have to have many points to win in some cases - it really depends on your which trophy and which area - so don't be shy - as on the night someone may win who you know you have beaten all season !!!
Look to see which trophy you are eligible to put a claim in for on the list attached.
Send to Ann Brannen - OR bring along to Stainsby this Sunday.

7pm for 7.30pm until late - dancing the night away to top band "Look Sharp" and Disco
4 Course meal and awards ceremony. BALL GOWNS AND BLACK TIE

2011 Trophy Criteria attached - and where to send your points - remember if you don't claim you cant win. Please send you printouts to Anne as detailed on the attachment no later than 31 October.
