British Showjumping Club/Open Classes followed by Senior Progressive

Clear Round 9.00 – 09:30 last entry 9:15 for CR Height approx. 65cm Entry fee £7
Start Class 1 at 09:30am prompt
Class 1: 70cm Horses - For horses exceeding 148cms.
Class 2: 80cm Horses - For horses exceeding 148cms
Class 3: 90cm Horses - For horses exceeding 148cms
All Class will be run as Table A7. All clear rounds go forward to second round over a shortened course, against the clock. 2 minute time limit in round one.
Entry fee £10 – All Entries taken on the day
Rosettes 1st-6th in all classes. Club Regional Points will be awarded in Club Members own League Tables.Prize money will be given for 1 in every 5 entered in classes

Faults
Knock down – 4 faults, First refusal – 4 faults, Second refusal (anywhere on the course) – 4 faults. Third refusal (anywhere on the course) – Elimination Fall (anywhere on the course) – Elimination. All other faults as per British Showjumping rule book.League points awarded as follows: 1st – 12 points, 2nd – 10 points, 3rd – 8 points, 4th – 6 points, 5th – 4points, 6th – 3points. Three points will be allocated to all those who achieve double clears, those who are placed will receive an additional 3 points if they have jumped a double clear.
Unaffiliated competitors can compete without being a club member. Competitors can register as club members up to 7 days after the competition and regain points won. For any horse/rider, pony/rider combination without a registered result in British Show Jumping National Amateur 90cm, British Novice, Pony British Novice, Stepping Stones and above in the last 3 years. Adults are eligible to ride ponies.

For Registered Horses Rule 312 Table A7 Speed 325mpm. In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split. Horses may compete in one section only.

All entry fees are made up of Start Fee (approx. £10)+VAT(20%)+Prize Fund (approx. 30% of entry fee). Rule 76.6 applies if less than the required number of starters in class
British Show Jumping Club Membership
- £30 online, £35 via British Show Jumping Office – combined horse and rider membership.
- Classes and Regional Leagues at 70cm, 80cm, 90cm, 1.00m.
- Horses and Ponies to have separate leagues – separate Regional Leagues (8 Regions)
- Leagues to run from June – May 31st each year. Annual Regional Championships
- All results to be graded – full competition record.
- Club Membership includes two “National Tickets to Ride”
- Any age rider on ponies (adults eligible to ride ponies).
- Children can ride horses from the beginning of the calendar year in which the age of 12 is reached (FEI Rules).
- Horse/ pony can be registered with more than one Club member – results based on horse-rider combination.
- Club horse/pony can be registered as a National horse/pony simultaneously (providing they meet eligibility criteria).
- Horse/pony can only compete once in any class
