Class 1  70cm Open

For registered and unregistered ponies and pony riders.  Entry £14 Prizes £25, £22, £17, £14

 

Class 2  SPRINGBOARD 128CMS/138CMS RESTRICTED HANDICAP

For registered ponies not exceeding 138cms, to be ridden by Pony or Pony Associate Members, ages in accordance with Rule 77.12 & 77.13 This competition is open to all, but for qualification purposes: In the 128cms section Pony riders are eligible to enter, irrespective of notional winnings, before the calendar year in which the age of ten years is reached.  Riders who reach the age of ten years and over in the current calendar year, must not have won a total of £500 notional winnings. In the 138cms section pony riders are eligible to enter irrespective of notional winnings, before the calendar year in which the age of twelve is reached.  Riders who reach the age of twelve years and over in the current calendar year must not have won a total of £850 notional winnings. Pony riders are not eligible to enter the 138cms section until the calendar year in which their eighth birthday is reached.   128cms ponies are not permitted to enter the 138cms section.  Once riders have competed at, or have “ever” qualified for RIHS or HOYS on any height pony they are no longer eligible to compete in the Final.  Rule 415 Table A Two Rounds not against the clock.  All equal first in round One will go forward to Round Two over a shortened course.   Speed 325mpm  Height of fences:  128cms: 90 cms   138cms: 1.00m. Two double clears to qualify for the Final.  Qualification is Pony/Rider Combination.  Ponies in the class must go into the jump off and go clear to gain double clear round qualifications.  In order to compete in the final, all qualified competitor’s ages must be in accordance with rule 77.12/77.13 in the year of the final. Minimum 1st prize £25        85cms Entry £14 Prizes £25, £22, £17, £14


Class 3  Winter 128cms Competition – First Round

For registered ponies that have won £30 or more, not exceeding 128cms, ridden by Pony members, age in accordance with Rule 77.13.  Pony riders are not eligible to compete in this competition before the calendar year in which their eighth birthday is reached.  Rule 514    Table A7    Speed 325mpm    Height of fences 1.05m  Two double clears to qualify (subject to revision) Entry £14 Prizes £25, £22, £17, £14 Please note that in the event of fewer than 20 starters in classes 3 & 4 both classes will be amalgamated and run as a handicap; one set of prize money will then be awarded.


Class 4 Winter 138cms Competition – First Round

For registered ponies that have won £30 or more, exceeding 128cms but not exceeding 138cms, ridden by Pony or Pony Associate members, age in accordance with Rule 77.12. Pony riders are not eligible to compete in this competition before the calendar year in which their eighth birthday is reached.  Rule 512    Table A7    Speed 325mpm    Height of fences 1.10m  Two double clears to qualify (subject to revision) Entry £14 Prizes £25, £22, £17, £14Please note that in the event of fewer than 20 starters in classes 3 & 4 both classes will be amalgamated and run as a handicap; one set of prize money will then be awarded.

 

Class 5 SMALL PONY OPEN  Drawn order

For reg ponies not exc. 138cms ridden by Pony or Pony Associate members in accordance with Rules 77.12 & 77.13. Table A4 Speed 325mpm. Height 90cm. Entry £14 Prizes £25, £22, £17, £14

 

Class 6. 80cm Open

For registered ponies of any grade ridden by Pony or Pony Associate members. Two phase. Rule 286. Speed 325mpm. Single fence Entry £14 Prizes £25, £22, £17, £14

 

Class 7 Animo Pony  Winter Novice Championship Qualifier
For registered ponies in grade JD which have not won a total of £100, to be ridden by Pony or Pony Associate members.    Table: A7    Speed: 325mpm Rule: 410    Riders ages competing on 128cm/138cm ponies must be in accordance with Rules 77.12/77.13. The first 8 ponies qualify for the final, held at the Blue Chip Winter Championships. Qualification does not pass down the line. Qualifiers must jump clear in the first round. There will be dual qualification of double clears for the Tacklockers.com Pony British Novice first round. CLASS 8 NETLEY HALL EQUESTRIAN Pony Discovery/90cm Open  

For reg ponies not to have won a total of £175 in Discovery section.  A7 rule 408  325mpm.   In event of 30 starters or more class will be split.  Ponies may only compete in one section only.  Rule 77.12/77.13      Entry £14 Prizes £25, £22, £17, £14

 

CLASS 9 BLUE CHIP PONY NEWCOMERS/1.00M OPEN

(both to inc The Pony Restricted Rider Qualifier)  For registered ponies who have not won a total of £300  Rule 406 Table A7 Speed 325mpm in the event of 30 or more starters class will be split (Discovery Section).  Ponies may compete in one section only.  The open section is open to all, however those ponies competing in either the Open or the Newcomer Section, ridden by pony riders who have not won a total of £500 notional winnings are eligible for double clear qualification for the Pony Restricted Rider Championship.  Four double clears (subject to revision) to qualify for the Pony Resstricted Rider Championship at the Alexanders Horseboxes British Showjumping Scope Festival.  Qualification is Pony/rider Combination. First rosette in the Pony newcomers section is sponsored by Blue Chip.  Entry £14  Prizes £25, £22, £17, £14


CLASS 10 SQUIBB GROUP PONY FOXHUNTER/1.10M OPEN

For registered ponies who have not won a total of £500.  Rule 404  Table A7  Speed 325mpm.  In the event of 30 or more starters class will be split.  Ponies may compete in one section only.  First rosette sponsored by Squibb Group.  Entry £14  Prizes £25, £22, £17, £14

ALL ENTRY FEES ARE MADE UP OF START FEE (approx. £10)+VAT(20%)+PRIZE FUND (approx. 30% of entry fee).  Rule 76.6 applies if less than the required number of starters in class.
