NORMAN GLEAVE
Norman died peacefully on 28th December aged 91.
He will be most remembered in the Equestrian world for the shows he ran at Cleworth Hall in the 1970 's along with his Family. His ideas were gleaned from visits to Hickstead in the late 60's.
He was appointed to the Judges panel and was an active member of the Area 17 Committee for many years.
He was honoured to receive a Life Membership from British Showjumping.
He also worked hard on the formation of local riding clubs and was President of Leigh and District Riding which he helped to form nearly 60 years ago.
