**IMPORTANT** Pony Riders Competing in Ireland

During the Executive Board meeting held on 15th December 2010 it was unanimously agreed that from 1st April 2011 all ponies going over to Ireland to compete must be microchipped and all pony riders must have their Pony Proficiency Tests.
