Top British showjumper Tim Stockdale is one of the best communicators in the world. His enthusiastic and natural style is coupled with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

In this programme Tim demonstrates a number of exercises that anyone who competes in the sport can practice at home.They are:-

                                       2) Introducing poles
                                       3) Gridwork
                                       4) Riders turns and the clockface exercise
