In the event of 30 or more starters the class will be split. Ponies may compete in one section only. The open section is open to all, however those ponies competing in the Open or Newcomers section ridden by pony members who have not won a total of £500 notional winnings are eligible for double clear qualification for the Pony Restricted Rider Championship at the Alexander Horseboxes British Showjumping Scope Festival 2013. Four double clears to qualify(subject to revision)
The first 6 to qualify for Pegasus Equine Progressive Championship 2013 in the Newcomers section. Qualification will not pass down the line & qualifiers must jump clear in the first round.

British Showjumping
Area 18 General Rules & Regulations
 
1. The/Show Organiser/Show Manager/Volunteers & Officails do not accept liability for any accident/damage/injury/theft or illness to horses /riders /owners/
grooms/spectators or any other person or property whatever.
 
2. The Show Organiser reserves the right to cancel, amend or change any
 competition structure as they see fit with prior permission from British Showjumping.
 
3. The Show Organiser retains the right to decline/ exclude or remove any person
or animals from the show or future shows without being required to give reason or being liable for any compensation.
 
4. Collecting Rings: All warming up must be done in the designated areas provided, only those riders competing on the animals entered in the current class
will be allowed to use these areas.
 
5. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all buildings & the stable area.
 
6. Refunds will be made in accordance with British Showjumping Rule 79.5.1. There will be no refund on stabling after the closing date & a vet certificate will not be deemed necessary.
 
7. Card payments are not accepted. A standing charge of £20 will be made for each dishonoured cheque.
 
8. Prize Giving: The Show Organiser reserves the right to withhold prize money from any person not turning up for the prize giving. Rule 76.6 will apply
 
9. All dogs must be on leads & they are not allowed in the café.
 
10. Objections should be made in writing in accordance with British
Showjumping Rule 198
 
11. Stallions: No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as
an owner/leesee /authourised agent or rider to compete in any class without
taking adequate precautions to ensure other person are not put at risk.
 
12. Vehicles: The Show Organiser reserves the right to remove any vehicle which is obstructing any access to or from the showground even if locked or unattended
 
13. Fire: It is recommended that all horseboxes are fitted with a fire extinguisher
of not less than 1 kilo capacity.
 
14. Farrier & Vet: The services of a farrier & vet on call are available at the show via contact with the secretaries office, owners or persons responsible for the animals will e liable for the cost at the time.
 
15. Any person misbehaving or causing damage will be asked to leave the showground immediately.
