A good turnout at North Yorkshires Annual Area Show

Over the 3 days there was a great turn out of competitiors, with a number of top riders in attendance at Allerton Park. The big question on everyones lips though was is the ground going to be too hard but it was perfect thanks to the help of the Area Committee who had spent many hours watering the arenas and warm up. However on Saturday the question was Is it or is't going to rain and yes it did eventually rain on Saturday afternoon, however the ground held up and some great competition took place.

The Area Committee would like the thank Mr R Suarez and Mr A Palmer for their course building over the 3 day, the sponsors who with out you they could not had held such a successful show, everyone who helped put up the rings and marquees, built jumps, the stewards, the judges and Christine and her team for fantastic refreshments and especially yhr competitiors. 

And finally i would like to thank the committee and the Barker family for organising and putting on a great show.
