If British Showjumping cancel the Training Clinic a full refund (minus a £2 administration fee per participant) will be given or an alternative will be offered. In the event of cancellation British Showjumping is not responsible for any damages, costs or losses incurred by participants whether arising directly or indirectly from cancellation, including, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing: stabling fees, non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or travel charges that might be incurred.
