Rules and Conditions of Entry
1. The Show, Show Organisers, Volunteers and Officials do not accept liability for any accident, damage, injury, theft or illness to horses, riders, owners, and spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
2. The Show Organisers reserves the right to withhold prizes if competitors do not attend the prize giving.
3. Objections should be made in writing to the organiser within 30 minutes of the completion of the event, accompanied by a deposit of £100 which will be forfeited if the objection is overruled.
4. The judge’s decision is final.
5. Stallions - No person should allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorized agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any class without taking adequate precautions to ensure other persons are not put at risk of injury.
6. All dogs must be kept on leads, please clear up after your dog.
7. Please respect the facilities and use the bins provided.
8. All accounts MUST be settled before leaving the showground
9. All classes are confined to registered horses and ponies ridden by members of British Show jumping in accordance with rule 79, except those purchasing a 'ticket to ride' on the day.
10. In the event of insufficient starters in unsponsored classes, prize money may be withheld in accordance of rule 76.6
11. Competitors must wear correct riding clothes in accordance with British Show jumping Rules.
12. It is mandatory for all members when mounted to wear a protective helmet to British Standard EN1384, ASTM 1163 or PAS 015
13. First Aid will be charged at £3 per rider
14. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate classes at their discretion.
15. Please do not muck out your horsebox onto the showground; there will be a £50 fine for doing so.
16. Children must be supervised at all times.
17. All prize money must be collected on the day or it will be deemed to have been donated to British Show jumping Area
