Leicestershire’s Tabitha Kyle scoops The Stable Company HOYS 138cms Qualifier win at Bicton Arena
Tuesday 26 June 2018
Taking her second The Stable Company HOYS 138cm Qualifier win of the season, Tabitha Kyle headed the competition at Bicton Arena in Salterton, Devon on Sunday against a strong field of thirty-four others.
The class began with all riders determined to secure their place in The Stable Company HOYS 138cms Championship Final at Horse of the Year Show and after two challenging rounds of showjumping, just eight combinations were left to go head to head in the final jump off.
Ten year-old Tabitha Kyle from Loughborough, Leicestershire jumped three clear rounds on board Lissduff Royal, a 15 year-old grey gelding owned by Tanya Kyle. From a late draw, this pair produced a lightning fast clear round to take time straight in to first place in 45.66 seconds.
