Get Sporty - Session 1!

The first session of the 'Get Sporty' course was held today at Goggs Farm. The course funded by Northampton County Sports Partnership is aimed at women who are based in Northamptonshire and need a ittle bit of encouragement and confidence building to get back into Showjumping.
Todays session was with Nichola Kentzer looking at techniques to overcome stress, competition and riding nerves. Feedback from this session has been excellent.
The next session will be next Monday with physiotherapist, Ceri Graham, looking at rider fitness, balance and co-ordination. If you are a non-British showjumping member based in Northamptonshire and would like to join in, please do not hesitate to contact me, there are still a few spaces available!
