Daisy McKinlay and Drew Wainwright receive League Medals

Following on from a successful Spring/Summer season, a number of riders from the region have had their showjumping achievements acknowledged as a result of the points that they accrued on the British Showumping league tables between 1st April 2015 and the 30th September 2015.

The East Midlands Bronze 148cms Pony League was won by 13 year-old Drew Wainwright from Lowdham, Nottinghamshire and he topped the league on 182 points which he picked up on board Chocolate Supreme III, a 19 year-old bay mare owned by Michelle Lomax.

Fourteen year-old Daisy McKinlay from Kettering, Northamptonshire headed the East Midlands Silver 148cms Pony League with 158 points, which she gained on board her father Michael's 14 year-old coloured gelding Cranford Jack. 

 

Both Drew and Daisy were presented with their medals at Arena UK Pony Premier show (27 February) by East and East Midlands Development Officer, Ruth Tyler.
