Area Training 31 January - Horse World

Grid work was the main focus at area training on Tuesday night! Selina Cawkwell worked with riders of all abilities over a grid, concentrating on rider position. The excercises helped some control their speed whilst others worked on getting their horses more forwards and engaged.
