Area Training 31 January - Horse World

Grid work was the main focus at area training on Tuesday night! Selina Cawkwell worked with riders of all abilities over a grid, concentrating on rider position. The excercises helped some control their speed whilst others worked on getting their horses more forwards and engaged.
The next area training sessions booked in the area are:

Matt Lanni, Laughton Manor - 14 March
