FEI 3* Shows
Germany
The FEI 3* show in Hannover saw Guy Williams secure 2nd place in the 1.50m Jump Off class with his own 11-year-old chestnut mare Bijou vd Vijfheide on the Saturday. Sunday saw Michael Whitaker with his own 9-year-old bay gelding Antello Z take 6th place in the Hannover Solartechnik Stiens Grand Prix.

Tim Gredley who has recently set-up his competition yard in America is back in fighting form on the international circuit. Taking 2nd place in the opening speed class at the 3* Washington show with his own Unex Valente a 10-year-old bay gelding set the standard as the combination continued to have placings each day alongside a 5th place in a Jump off class on the second day with his own Unex Timo IV

Louise Saywell took 2nd place in the Grand Prix at Strazeele with her father’s (Michael) 9-year-old grey mare Winner IV. Producing one of the six double clears achieved she was just a second behind Belgium’s Gregory Wathelet with Baloudana.

This week coming week we see the third round of the Rolex FEI World Cup take place in Lyon, France at the CSI5*W show. International showjumping continues across Europe in Belgium, Polad, Austria and Spain with the American circuit focused on the 4* event in Lexington, Kentucky.
