Emma stoker wins Baltica Tour 1.45m Grand Prix in Poland

Monday 22 May 2017

Emma Stoker gave Great Britain a superb victory yesterday in Poland’s Baltica Tour when she won the FEI 2* 1.45m Gold Tour Grand Prix with Bob Young’s bay mare Townhead Tallulah V.

From a field of just over thirty starters, it was just seven that jumped clear in the first round to qualify for the jump off.  Putting up a hard fight, they just couldn’t touch Emma who jumped an incredibly fast clear to secure the class with more than six seconds in hand.

Fellow British rider, Emily Ward was also in the line-up having qualified for the jump off with Remi Cavalleri, however it was a 7th place finish for them with they picked up 12 penalties in the final round.
