Team GBR Squad for the Sopot Furusiyya FEI 5* Nations Cup Announced

Di Lampard, the World Class Showjumping Performance Manager has today announced her squad of five that will be travelling to Sopot, Poland for the CSIO 5* show in Sport which will commence on 4th June before drawing to a close on Sunday 7th June. The Nations Cup is scheduled to take place on Friday 5th June at 14:00 hours local time and the Grand Prix will take place on the Sunday at 13.00pm local time.

The squad selected is as follows:

Joe Clayton, from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire with Alison and Ken Rodgerson’s 14 year-old bay stallion Ingliston Twister

Yazmin Pinchen, from Ifield, West Sussex with her mother Nancy’s 12 year-old liver chestnut stallion Van de Vivaldi

Laura Renwick, from Maldon Essex with her own and John Renwick’s 9 year-old bay gelding Bintang II

Michael Whitaker, from Whatton, Nottinghamshire with his own and Beatrice Mertens 11 year-old grey mare Elie van de Kolmen

Guy Williams based in France with Di and Pennie Cornish’s 9 year-old bay gelding Basic

They will be accompanied by Chef d’Equipe Tony Newbery
