Katherine Wright wins the Horseware Bronze League Qualifier at Crofton Manor Equestrian Centre

On a glorious day at Crofton Manor Equestrian Centre near Fareham in Hampshire, Katherine Wright stormed to victory in the Horseware Bronze League Qualifier after delivering an exceptional treble clear.

The focus for each of the thirty three competitors was securing one of the three coveted qualification spots available for the Horseware Bronze League Semi Finals, which will run in August. Two closely fought rounds saw just six combinations remain to go head to head against the clock to decide the winner.

Katherine Wright from Lymington, Hampshire jumped into top spot with her own 9 year-old brown mare, Adelaide II. Over the newly shortened course, this pair combined their consistency with a turn of speed to achieve a treble clear in 43.10 seconds.

Scooping second place was Gayle White from Bordon, Hampshire as she delivered a treble clear on board her own 10 year-old chestnut gelding, Easy Choice. This combination crossed the finish line in 48.73 seconds.

Jacqueline Menzies from Horsham, West Sussex took the final qualification spot on offer with her own 15 year-old grey gelding, Sultan V. This partnership finished with a treble clear in a time of 49.16 seconds.
