JOHN WHITAKER IS BSJA SHOW JUMPER OF THE MONTH MAY 2009

John Whitaker MBE from  Cumberworth near Huddersfield, West Yorkshire has been voted BSJA Show Jumper of the Month for May 2009, following in the footsteps of son Robert who won the title in April.

John riding Rebecca Stones' twelve year old bay stallion Peppermill, won the Global Champions Tour Grand Prix in Valencia and also jumped a double clear at the Meydan FEI Nations Cup in Rome This achievement the panel felt warranted the May Show Jumper of the Month award making it the fourth  time, in it’s existence, that John has received this valued accolade.
