ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent Winners Collabro to Meet Fans at this Year’s Horse of the Year Show!

Sunday ticket holders for this year’s Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) will have an exciting opportunity to meet with Collabro. The sensational five-piece musical theatre boy band were crowned winners of this year’s ITV's Britain's Got Talent and have taken the nation by storm.

Collabro will be making their way to the NEC, Birmingham, on Sunday 12th October to perform in the Andrews Bowen International Arena during the gala evening of "The World's Most Famous Horse Show". The band, which consists of Michael Auger, Richard Hadfield, Jamie Lambert, Matt Pagan and Tom Redgrave, will also take part in a signing for fans in the HOYS Retail Village at 15:45 on Sunday 12th October, ahead of a VIP hospitality meet and greet later on in the evening. Fans may wish to bring along their own Collabro albums for signing, or Collabro’s dedicated page in the HOYS programme.

Helena Pettit, Managing Director of Grandstand Media Ltd, organiser of Horse of the Year Show, said: We are delighted Collabro are coming to Horse of the year Show and fans will have the chance to meet them. Following their chart-topping success, we are really looking forward to watching them perform live in what is shaping up to be a truly spectacular evening.”

Describing their art as “musical theatre with a twist”, Collabro will be performing “Stars” and “Let it Go” from their new album during HOYS’ Show Opening and again during the evening.

This is a really exciting and unique opportunity for us, and if anyone would like to bring along our latest album we’ll happily sign it for them at the Show!”

The pop group’s performance at HOYS proceeds the lead up to their performance in front of Her Majesty The Queen at The Royal Variety Show.

Alongside the most prestigious National Showing and Show Jumping Championships, International Show Jumping classes, Virbac 3D Worming Pony Club Mounted Games and Osborne Refrigerators Double Harness Scurry Racing, HOYS 2014 is packed with even more exciting features. The popular and awe-inspiring Musical Ride of the Household Cavalry, supported by Home Farm Hothorpe and The Mulbrooke Stud, will headline the displays, as demanded by visitors. Meanwhile, the enchanting Doma en Libertad with Antonio Fernadez “El Paqueto” will makes its UK debut. Friday, 10th October will be the day of choice for dressage fans, with The Eilberg Dressage Master Class and Mount St John Dressage Future Elite Championship both timetabled.
