British Showjumping’s Team NAF announced for Rabat CSIO4* FEI Nations Cup

Following an invitation to compete in the CSIO4* FEI Nations Cup in Rabat, Morocco, the following squad has been selected to represent Great Britain under the title sponsor banner of Team NAF. The competition takes place between the 11th – 14th October 2018 at the Fédération Royale Marocaine Des Sports Equestres.

Alison Barton from Bradford, West Yorkshire with Roma IV, an 11 year-old British bred liver chestnut mare owned by Gaye Hartley

Richard Barton from Bradford, West Yorkshire with Donata, a 10 year-old grey mare owned by Gaye Hartley

William Fletcher from Faringdon, Oxfordshire with Persimmon, a 12 year-old British bred brown gelding owned by Graham Fletcher

Jessica Mendoza from Chippenham, Wiltshire and based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands with Dubai, a 9 year-old grey mare owned by Sarah Mendoza and Jessica or Sam de Bacon, a 12 year-old bay gelding owned by Sarah Mendoza

Ellen Whitaker from Barnsley, South Yorkshire with Arena UK Winston, a 9 year-old black stallion owned by Norman Oley

The Nations Cup competition takes place on Sunday 14th October at 15:00 hrs local time and the Grand Prix will be on Friday 12th October at 16:00 hrs local time. The Chef d’Equipe accompanying the team will be Tony Newbery.
