Pippa Allen wins CSI 2* Grand Prix in Eschweiler, Germany

Cleveland rider, 19 year-old Pippa Allen proved yet again what a talent she is by winning the Grand Prix at Eschweiler in Germany with her fathers (Peter) 9 year-old bay gelding Cupido Z IV.

Their double clear in a jump off time of 41.31 seconds proved unbeatable with Germany, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Luxembourg and Taipei all being relegated to 2nd – 6th place respectively.   Pippa who is currently based with Helena Stormanns in Germany has been having continued international success with wins in Spain recently and also at the Eschweiler Young Masters at the end of April.

A member of the 2013-2015 World Class Development programme Pippa is also on the 2013 AASE Programme which is an Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence which is designed to assist meet the needs of young athletes with medal winning potential.
