CALGARY NATIONS CUP OFFERS $350,000 PRIZE FUND

The BMO Nations Cup takes place in Calgary, Canada, tomorrow (Saturday), a competition which boasts a whopping $350,000 prize fund. A total of $2 million dollars draws the world’s best horses and riders to the Calgary venue to ensure top class show jumping over five days of competition.

Due to an injury sustained during competition in Calgary, John Bosher’s Fresh Direct Corlato is unable to start, therefore Great Britain will be represented by the following three riders:

Ben Maher and Robin Hood W (Owner: Ben Maher & Quainton Stud)
Peter Charles and Murka’s Pom d’Ami (Owner: Olga White & Team Murka Ltd)
Geoff Billington and Rosinus (Owner: Patricia Fraser)

The British Nations Cup Team is kindly sponsored by Champion. Champion’s sponsorship of the British Nations Cup Team is the result of the brand’s deep-seated belief in the importance of continual development, dedication and professionalism, together with a desire to offer British equestrian talent every possible opportunity to reach the very top of competitive show jumping.

The British Show Jumping Teams are strongly supported by the UK Sport lottery funded BEF World Class programme.
